Darcie's first pacing appointment

She's doing great!!!

Darcie had her first pacing appointment which involved having a wand held over her S-ICD and 'interrogated' to ensure that the data being sent from her device to the hospital was okay. It's brilliant - it tells you what the battery life is on her device and checks the lead length (they put slack on her leads so they will grow with her). Ultimately everything is fine and she'll be seen again in 3 months when she'll be 1!

Darcie may be the first to have her S-ICD used for new data research...more to come on this!

But the hospital are very keen to keep a close eye on both Darcie and Harper - being identical twins is great case study for the hospital!
